Quantum music – Sounds exciting.
But what is it?
In his video presentation Barnim Schulze aka Akasha Project refers to the researches and findings of the mathematician and musicologist Hans Cousto. Schulze explains – understandable even for non-academics – how the innovative musical compositions of the Akasha Project come into being and how they work.
Quantum music and planetary sounds are both based on the scientific study of rational subjects like physics and mathematics. On the other hand the effect of sound – and especially of these sounds – is highly emotional and presumably ethereal 😉
In the video there are a few examples to listen to. Really interesting however I found the possibilities the website of the Akasha-Project provides. For example you can switch on and off the several threads of Hydrogen sound samples – including the voice of Hans Cousto. Thus you can temporarily arrange your own unique sounds. Nice toy! I can definitely recomment to browse through the website, where more wonderful things await to be discovered.

Aber was ist das?
Barnim Schulze aka Akasha Project bezieht sich in seinem Video-Vortrag auf die Forschungen des Mathematikers und Musikwissenschaftlers Hans Cousto. Schulze erklärt – auch für Laien verständlich – wie die innovativen musikalischen Kompositionen des Akasha Project entstehen und funktionieren.
Quantenmusik und Planetenklänge basieren einerseits auf der wissenschaftlichen Beschäftigung mit rationalen Themen wie Physik und Mathematik. Andererseits ist die Wirkung der Klänge hoch emotional und vermutlich auch feinstofflich 😉
Ein paar Beispiele gibt es im Video zu hören. Richtig schön selbst experimentieren lässt sich allerdings mit den Klangbeispielen des Akasha-Projekt (am Beispiel Wasserstoff): die Sounds (incl. der Stimme von Hans Cousto) lassen sich einzeln hinzu schalten oder deaktivieren. Sehr schönes Spielzeug! Ich kann wirklich empfehlen, auf der Webseite zu stöbern. Dort gibt es viel Wunderbares zu entdecken.
